We are looking for a hands-on, high-energy Human Resources Specialist (Non-IT) who can take complete ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process , especially having experience in manufacturing, automobile, or EV sector . This is an individual contributor role requiring someone who can personally source , screen, coordinate, and close positions independently.
You should be proactive, ready to pick up the phone, talk to candidates directly, and manage hiring targets effectively. In addition, you must be proficient in Excel and able to create hiring reports and dashboards for weekly / monthly reviews with leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the entire recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing to onboarding.
- Work as an individual contributor , personally driving sourcing, screening, and closures.
- Create and maintain hiring dashboards, trackers, and reports using Excel for regular leadership updates.
- Build and execute a sourcing strategy using job portals, , and other platforms.
- Manage candidate communication, interview scheduling, and coordination.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast and meet workforce needs.
- Represent Oben Electric during campus hiring drives and job fairs.
Requirements
