Job Overview :

We're seeking a skilled and proactive Graphic Designer with a strong sense of aesthetics, creative thinking, and sharp communication skills. This role bridges the gap between Junior and Senior Designers - requiring both hands-on design expertise and coordination with freelancers. The ideal candidate will be adept in print and educational book design, demonstrate excellent comprehension of design briefs, and follow current design and Al trends to deliver creative, high-quality work aligned with brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

Design Development

• Independently handle end-to-end design of small to medium projects, from concept to final artwork.
• Create print materials such as educational book designs, layouts, kids' educational material, covers, brochures, catalogues, and publishing collaterals.
• Support Senior Designers on complex projects by preparing design concepts, mockups, and final layouts.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, visual consistency, and production standards.
