Performance Marketing Executive (Part-Time) — Omnicom Incrix Group

Omnicom Group’s digital performance arm, Omnicom Incrix Group , is expanding. We’re looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to support high-impact paid acquisition campaigns on a flexible part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, optimize, and scale paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant channels
• Own core KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and campaign ROI
• Build audiences, run A / B tests, adjust bids / budgets, and improve funnel efficiency
• Analyze data via Google Analytics and internal dashboards to deliver actionable insights
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for clients and stakeholders
• Partner with creative and content teams to align messaging with paid strategy
• Stay updated on paid media trends, policy changes, and algorithm updates
