Immediate requirement - Pega Lead Support Engineer (L3 Team Lead – Production Support)

Job Title : Pega Lead Support Engineer (L3 Team Lead – Production Support)

Location : Navi Mumbai, Ghansoli (100% Work from Office)

Shift : General Day Shift

Experience : 5–7 years

CTC : Up to ₹13 LPA (no bar for exceptional candidates)

Notice Period : Immediate to maximum 30 days strongly preferred.

Role Overview

We are hiring a hands-on Pega L3 Lead Support Engineer to lead the production support team for mission-critical PEGA applications in the Banking & Financial Services domain (CLM / KYC focus).

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of L3 Pega Support Engineers

Own end-to-end incident & problem management for PEGA PRPC applications

Perform deep-dive troubleshooting of complex issues using logs, tracer, PLA, PAL, AES

Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and permanent fixes with development teams

Manage stakeholder communication during high-severity incidents

Mentor and guide team members on technical and process aspects

Coordinate with onshore / offshore teams and vendors

Mandatory Skills & Experience

Total Experience : 5+ years

Relevant Experience as L3 Pega Lead / Senior L3 Support Engineer : Minimum 4.5 years

PEGA CSA + CSSA certifications are mandatory

Expert-level knowledge of : – PEGA PRPC architecture, Rule Resolution, Case Management – PEGA CLM / KYC frameworks (highly preferred) – Troubleshooting performance issues, alerts, and logs – REST / SOAP integrations and external system connectivity issues

Hands-on experience with : – Pega Diagnostic Cloud (PDC) & Pega Deployment Manager – Incident management tools (ServiceNow / JIRA)

Strong Financial Services / Banking domain knowledge with exposure to regulatory & compliance requirements

Proven experience leading a support team (people management + technical leadership)

Must-Have Traits

Excellent business communication & stakeholder management skills

Ability to handle high-pressure situations and Sev1 incidents calmly

Strong ownership, proactive attitude, and mentoring capability

Preferred Profile

Candidates residing along Mumbai Central & Harbour railway lines (Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Panvel belt)

Immediate joiners or serving maximum 60 days notice

Prior experience supporting PEGA CLM / KYC applications in banking
