Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with expertise in stock broking and financial

markets. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of trading and investment products, ensuring they

meet customer needs, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for stock broking platforms, trading

tools, and investment solutions.

Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer behavior to identify

opportunities for new features or products.

Collaborate closely with technology, compliance, operations, and marketing teams to design

and launch products.

Gather and prioritize requirements from traders, investors, and other stakeholders.

Ensure products comply with regulatory and financial industry standards (SEBI, exchange,

etc.).

Track product performance metrics and iterate for enhanced usability, reliability, and

profitability.

Communicate product vision, updates, and impact to leadership and internal teams.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field;

MBA or CFA

preferred.

3–7 years of product management experience in stock broking, trading platforms, or fintech.

Strong knowledge of financial markets, trading operations, and investment products.

Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (SEBI, exchange, etc.) is highly desirable.

Experience with digital trading platforms, order management systems, or portfolio

management tools.

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred :

Hands-on experience with algorithmic trading, market data analytics, or financial APIs.

Exposure to agile development and product lifecycle management in fintech environments.
