Job description
Thumbnail & Template Designer
Role : Full-Time
Experience : 2–5 years in design
working Days -6
Location -Noida
Salary Package-18k-25k
About the Role
You will design high-performing thumbnail templates and reel designs for a network of 100+ fan pages.
Key Responsibilities
Create 4–6 thumbnail variations per clip
Develop reel / title templates
Maintain consistent branding across all pages
A / B test different color / typography layouts
Refresh template packs monthly
Work closely with editors to optimize click-through rate
Maintain a digital library of templates
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva
Thumbnail psychology — faces, contrast, emotion
Understanding of YouTube CTR behaviour
Clean, modern design aesthetic
Ability to work fast & handle high output
