About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic senior professional to lead new store expansion and drive sales performance across existing retail outlets . The ideal candidate will own the complete expansion strategy, store rollout, operational excellence, and revenue growth for all Airnet stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end expansion of new stores across Delhi NCR – location scouting, feasibility, layouts, vendor coordination, and launch.
- Drive sales performance and operational standards across current outlets.
- Develop and execute retail expansion strategy aligned with company growth plans.
- Identify high-potential markets, negotiate leases, and finalize store properties.
- Collaborate with OEM partners for approvals and store formats.
- Monitor store KPIs : revenue, footfall, conversion, ASP, category mix, and profitability.
- Implement SOPs and ensure smooth operations across all retail locations.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and HR teams for store success.
- Build and lead a high-performing retail operations team.
- Drive new initiatives, promotions, and in-store customer experience improvements.
Key Skills Required
Strong experience in retail expansion , store rollout , or multi-store operations .Understanding of consumer electronics retail (preferred).Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making ability.Ability to manage multiple stores and new projects simultaneously.Qualifications
Graduate / MBA preferred.7–12 years of experience in Retail Expansion / Operations / Business Development.Experience in electronics, appliances, telecom, or similar categories is an advantage.What We Offer
