About This Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Test Automation Engineer with a strong foundation in Java and modern testing frameworks. The individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust automation frameworks for API, web, and backend processes, ensuring high-quality delivery across agile teams. This role demands a programming mindset, a collaborative approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to continuous improvement in testing practices

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain automation frameworks and test cases for APIs, web applications, and backend systems.
• Ensure timely delivery of testing milestones and automation coverage.
• Execute regression test suites and share results with stakeholders.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
• Collaborate with teams to create fast and independent automated tests.
• Retest defect fixes and confirm closure of open issues.
• Create and manage Acceptance Criteria in alignment with Product Owners.
• Share knowledge on agile testing methodologies and promote best practices.
• Maintain and update automation standards and procedures.
