Role Role & Responsibilities
As the General Manager of Marketing you will be instrumental in shaping and executing the marketing and branding strategies for industrial goods. You will lead a team drive market penetration and ensure the companys brand resonates powerfully within the Indian market.
Main tasks include
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and branding strategies for industrial goods.
- Oversee all aspects of marketing campaigns including digital traditional and event-based initiatives.
- Analyze market trends customer insights and competitive landscape to identify opportunities.
- Manage and mentor the marketing team fostering a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with sales and product development teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively ensuring optimal resource allocation.
Requirements
A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in marketing with a significant focus on industrial goods.Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing and branding strategies.Extensive experience in market analysis campaign management and performance tracking.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent understanding of the Indian industrial goods market.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and strategies.Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.Experience with branding initiatives for industrial products.We are unable to consider candidates without the legal right to work in India.
