• Accounts - Complete of all Companies till finalizing .
• Finance - Fund Flow Daily, Fifteen days, Monthly
• Banking Day to Day with Reconciliation (monthly), TB (monthly)
• Bank Limit - Reviewal Yearly
• Treasury Activity
• Ratings Yearly - CARE
• GST - Complete up to Filing & Refunds
• ERP - Implementation & Control
• Other Income Control - MEIS, Rebate, GST Refund, LIC Sale, Refunds, LUT, TUFF, Interest,
• State, Central Govt. subsidies.
• Costing - Unit wise, Product wise & Department wise.
• Internal Audit Reports compliances
• Stock & Debtors Accounts & Control - at Plant & HO
• Creditors & Cheque issuing control - Daily
• IT Compliances including TDS, Advance Tax & Annual Returns etc.
• All Statutory Compliances of Companies Accounts, IT, TDS, GST, Advance Tax etc.As well legal
• Wages & Salaries planning & Control
• Liaison work with Internal and Statutory Auditors & IT & GST Consultants.
• Budget
• Plant visits weekly for accounts and commercial matters

6. Monthly fund flow P & L, Quarterly Balance Sheet

9. Advising CMD on all commercial issues.
