IT Business Partner Commercial

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as the strategic interface between IT and Commercial business teams.
• Lead the execution of commercial excellence projects across sales, marketing, and customer engagement functions.
• Champion the adoption of AI / ML / GenAI and other digital innovations to drive efficiency and competitive advantage.
• Oversee CRM strategy, implementation, governance, and continuous improvement.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing team of 35 IT professionals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful change management and user adoption.
• Track project KPIs and ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
