Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Book Designer and Illustrator located in Chennai. The role involves designing book layouts, creating cover art, and producing illustrations aligned with the brand's vision. The candidate will work closely with editors and authors to ensure the visual elements of each project complement the written content. Responsibilities also include selecting typography, executing typesetting tasks, and producing graphics for both print and digital formats.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Book Design, Cover Art, and creating artistic illustrations.

Strong skills in Typesetting and Typography for professional and visually engaging layouts.

Ability to work with Graphics and design software to create visual elements for publications.

Excellent attention to detail and creativity in delivering compelling book designs.

Relevant experience in publishing or a similar field.

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
