Land Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and evaluate potential land parcels for renewable energy development based on technical, environmental, regulatory, and financial criteria.
• Initiate and maintain relationships with landowners, brokers, local authorities, and stakeholders.
• Negotiate and execute land lease, purchase, easement, and option agreements.
• Collaborate with project developers, GIS analysts, legal counsel, and permitting teams to ensure land acquisitions align with project development goals.
• Manage title review, ALTA surveys, zoning verification, and other due diligence activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of landowner communications and agreement status in CRM or project databases.
• Represent the company at community meetings, public hearings, and local events to build trust and support for projects.
• Monitor and understand local, state, and federal land use and permitting regulations.
• Assist with resolving landowner issues and coordinating with legal teams on dispute resolution, when needed.

Familiarity with renewable energy development processes and timelines.

Knowledge of agricultural land use and rural community dynamics.
