.NET Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced .NET Technical Lead with 8+ years of experience to oversee the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications using .NET, React or Angular, and Azure stack. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on expertise, leadership capabilities, and a passion for delivering scalable, high-quality software solutions.

Experience Level : We need a .NET Technical Lead with 8+ years of strong experience using .NET Technologies, Azure, ReactJS or Angular. Docker / Kubernetes experience is a Plus.

What will you do?

Technical Leadership

Lead and mentor a team of developers across full-stack development.

Drive architectural decisions and ensure adherence to best practices.

Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.

Application Development

Design and develop responsive web applications using ReactJS.

Build scalable backend services using .NET Core and Azure Functions.

Implement Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) APIs tailored for front-end needs.

Cloud & DevOps

Architect and deploy solutions on Azure using services like Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Azure Functions.

Establish CI / CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitLab.

Ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable cloud infrastructure.

Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, UI / UX Designers, QA, and DevOps.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes effectively to stakeholders.

Leadership & Methodologies :

Experience in Agile / Scrum environments

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to mentor junior developers and lead technical discussions

Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills :

Proficiency in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC / Web API

Strong experience with ReactJS (Hooks, Redux, Context API) or Angular

Hands-on experience with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus)

Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, Microservice Architecture and Domain Driven Design"

Familiarity with SQL Server and ORM tools (e.g., Entity Framework)

Knowledge of Docker / Kubernetes is a plus.

Education & Certifications :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-204, AZ-400) are a plus

Good to have skills :

Experience with React Native for mobile development

Familiarity with GraphQL APIs

Exposure to data analytics and integration tools

Understanding of secure coding practices and performance optimisation
