Role Overview :
As a Regional Sales Manager for Anantapur (Andhra Pradesh), you will lead sales initiatives, develop strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth in the region. You will oversee a team of sales professionals and manage distribution channels, with a strong focus on promoting scientifically-backed agri solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive business growth and achieve sales targets for the assigned region.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Develop strong relationships with channel partners, agri-dealers, and large farmers.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities in plant and animal nutrition.
- Conduct product training, technical seminars, and field demonstrations.
- Ensure effective implementation of promotional strategies and product positioning.
- Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain) for smooth execution.
- Provide timely sales forecasts, competitor analysis, and market insights.
Candidate Requirements :
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field.8-15 years of relevant experience in agri input sales (fertilizers, crop nutrition, or animal feed).Strong understanding of the agri market in Andhra Pradesh.Proven ability to manage large territories and drive results through teams.Excellent communication in English and Telugu.Willingness to travel extensively across the region.What We Offer :
