Role Description

This is a full-time role located in various states in India for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a regional sales team, setting sales targets, developing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties include identifying market opportunities, conducting sales presentations, meeting sales quotas, and preparing sales reports. The Regional Sales Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Medical Equipment Sales
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in Critical Care Medical Equipments
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify new opportunities
  • Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems

Must Have

  • At least 5 years of sales experience in Medical Devices
  • Good track record in sales of Medical Equipment
  • Dealer / Distributor Connections in the Region
  • Managed a team of at least 5 or more
  • Knowledge of Ventilator or other ICU equipment is a plus.
  • Completed sales target of over Rs. 2 + Crore in a financial Year
