Role Description : This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Manager / Area Manager based in Raipur.

The Regional Manager / Area Manager will oversee daily operations within the assigned region, manage and mentor the regional team, and ensure all performance targets are met.

• Responsibilities include developing strategic plans, building relationships with key stakeholders, monitoring market trends, and troubleshooting issues to improve service delivery.
• Additionally, the role entails coordinating with other regions to maintain consistency in operations and executing company policies
• Qualifications. Leadership, Team Management, and Strategic Planning skills. Strong Communication, Customer Relationship Management, and Negotiation skills. Market Analysis, Strategic Marketing, and Business Development skills. Problem-Solving and Decision-Making skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Minimum of 5-10years of experience in a similar role. MBA is a plus. Knowledge of the education technology market is advantageous. Experience of Hardware Sales and Direct Visits to Schools are required.
