We are reimagining the credit stack for the world of fintech. The traditional card systems work well for a bank's own use. For modern fintech that look to embed customer experience into their mobile apps, we are building a modern stack. With our platform, FinTech can launch a card program in under 2 weeks.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Staff Engineer / Associate Architect to join our core engineering team. As a Staff Engineer at Hyperface, you will play a critical role in architecting, building, and scaling our technology platform. You will be hands-on with complex problem-solving while also mentoring engineers and influencing the technical direction of our products.

Responsibilities :

• Design, architect, and implement scalable and resilient systems for Hyperface's credit card platform.
• Drive best practices in coding, architecture, design patterns, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor and guide engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Identify and resolve complex technical challenges related to scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Evaluate and adopt new tools, frameworks, and technologies that align with business goals.
• Contribute to long-term technical strategy and roadmap for Hyperface's products.
