Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Digital Sales Officer at Saattvik Natural, under Own startup services Pvt ltd. The Digital Sales Officer will be responsible for customer service, lead generation, communication, sales operations, and channel sales. Day-to-day tasks include interacting with potential and current customers, generating leads through various channels, managing sales operations, and ensuring efficient communication between sales channels and customers.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Lead Generation skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Sales Operations and Channel Sales
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus
• Can speak English, Kannada, Hindi and added knwoledge of Tamil, Telugu and Gujrati Languages.
