Head of Digital Marketing (Retail Broking)

We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven Head of Digital Marketing to lead end-to-end digital growth for our retail broking business.

If you have scaled acquisition engines, built digital brands, and thrive in a fast-paced fintech / broking environment, this role is for you.

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• 7–12 years of digital marketing experience (broking / fintech / BFSI preferred)
• Proven track record in user acquisition & performance marketing
• Strong analytical mindset and hands-on campaign experience
• Ability to drive growth in a high-volume retail environment
• Team leadership experience is essential
