Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath (REFramework is a must)

Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to gather requirements and perform process assessments

Build reusable components, custom activities, and automation workflows

Implement best practices in error handling, logging, exception management, and process optimization

Perform code reviews, unit testing, and support UAT / production deployments

Integrate RPA bots with APIs, databases (SQL), OCR tools (Abbyy / Google / UiPath Document Understanding), and other enterprise systems

Maintain detailed technical documentation and participate in bot monitoring & enhancement

Required Skills & Experience :

4–6 years of hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation using UiPath

UiPath Advanced Developer Certification (strongly preferred)

Strong expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, Queues, and Attended / Unattended bots

Proficiency in VB.NET / C# (for custom activities when needed)

Experience with UiPath Document Understanding, AI Fabric, and Action Center is a big plus

Good understanding of SQL queries and database connectivity

Familiarity with Agile methodology and tools like Jira / Confluence

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
