🚀 We’re Hiring : Senior Data Scientist (Generative AI & LLMs)

We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist who specializes in Generative AI, LLMs, and advanced ML / DL to join our team and lead high-impact AI initiatives.

🔍 What You’ll Work On

• Designing and implementing Generative AI & LLM-powered solutions
• Building RAG systems , vector search pipelines, and agentic workflows
• Fine-tuning models using LoRA / QLoRA, adapters, diffusion models
• Developing multi-agent AI systems using LangChain, LangGraph, etc.
• Applying deep ML expertise : Transformers, CNNs, RNNs, GNNs
• Driving end-to-end model lifecycle : research → development → deployment
• Working across computer vision, multimodal ML, and time-series forecasting
• Delivering scalable deployments using Docker, Kubernetes, ONNX / TensorRT, Azure ML

🧠 What We’re Looking For

🎯 Strong hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch / TensorFlow / JAX

🎯 Experience with HuggingFace Transformers & Diffusers

🎯 Solid understanding of LLMs, agentic systems, and RAG architectures

🎯 Knowledge of vector DBs : FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus

🎯 Experience in CV : YOLO, OCR, CLIP, BLIP, SAM

🎯 MLOps expertise : MLflow, W&B, Kubeflow, Azure ML

🎯 Ability to take models from PoC → production

🎯 Strong problem-solving, debugging, and research mindset

📌 Qualifications

⭐ 3.5–7 years of AI / ML experience

⭐ Degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field

⭐ Experience building production-grade LLM / ML systems

⭐ Publications or open-source contributions are a plus
