Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Trainer & AI Integration Specialist. We're looking for a qualified lawyer who is passionate about teaching, fascinated by automation and AI, and eager to work across both legal and non-legal domains.

Day-to-day tasks include developing training modules and course materials on various subjects (legal and non-legal as allocated), conducting interactive teaching sessions, integrating AI tools into education, and guiding students on career development and progress tracking.

• You have 3+ years of solid legal practice experience, but coaching and helping others break through their limitations is what truly makes you come alive. You thrive when you see your students grow and succeed.
• You love learning new skills, reading voraciously, researching deeply, and exploring domains beyond law - AI, automation, HR, marketing, business development, whatever sparks your curiosity. You refuse to be boxed into just legal work and could easily pivot to consulting or any field that interests you.
• You're a natural orator with excellent delivery skills who can make complex concepts accessible and your analytical thinking shines through in everything you write.
• You're fascinated by automation and AI tools, and you're excited about how they can transform not just legal work, but HR, marketing, business operations, and beyond. You embrace technology rather than fear it.
• Working from home is non-negotiable for you. You need the freedom to innovate, experiment, and let your enthusiasm drive real impact.
