Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential corporate clients across industries.
• Generate and follow up on leads via calls, networking, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Understand client hiring needs and offer tailored recruitment solutions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close business deals independently.
• Coordinate with our recruitment team to ensure successful delivery of client requirements.
• Maintain long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business.
• Track business activity and share regular progress updates.
