Below is the JD : Responsibilities :

• Administer and optimize PowerScale clusters across Multi-potocols (NFS / SMB / HDFS / S3) environments.
• In-depth knowledge of SyncIQ (migrations, multi-directional replication, delta transfers, multi-protocol sync),
• Snapshots & SnapshotIQ, Perform failovers, failbacks, resiliency, and DR testing.
• Lead cluster lifecycle tasks including node addition, rebalancing, SmartFail, and tech refresh activities.
• Configure and validate network connectivity (VLANs, LACP, MTU, routing, DNS, NTP) and work with security teams on firewall rules.
• Handle AD integrations across multi-domain / forest setups, including trusts, ID mapping, and authentication troubleshooting.
• Optimize PowerScale for HDFS workloads (Hive, Impala, Empower) when required.
• Follow ITIL processes for change, incident, and problem management, ensuring clear documentation.
