The SEO Account Manager is responsible for overseeing the SEO strategy, Client Communication and Client retention of their accounts. They are responsible for the performance, strategy, growth, and alignment of each account he / she manage. The Account Manager ensures that client expectations for their business and their relationship with E2M are set appropriately and achieved. Your role is to build and maintain a strong client relationship, meet the goals and timelines of the original strategy, as well as identify new strategic opportunities. The SEO account manager will be a bridge between the Client and the SEO Project Clearly communicate all initiatives, strategies, and opportunities to clients as needed and on a weekly / monthly basis.

2. Organise and facilitate client meetings (weekly / bi-weekly calls and monthly reporting calls).

3. Work with the Project Manager to identify and vet new opportunities for account expansion.

4. Responsible for Account Growth + Retention

5. Work with the SEO project manager to ensure client work / deadlines are delivered on time.

6. The ability to communicate well verbally and in writing (internally and Knowledge of standard and current SEO best practices for both Content and Onsite factors.

2. Experience with SEO reporting

3. Familiarity with tools such as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Semrush, MOZ, etc.

4. Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console.

5. Excellent communication skills

6. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

7. Excellent understanding of dealing with the internal team and cross-team

8. 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role
