Location : Andheri Experience : 4 to 7 years CTC : ₹6 to ₹7 LPA

We are hiring an

Accounts Manager

to oversee financial operations in a dynamic manufacturing setup. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, cost control, inventory accounting, compliance, and team management.

Key Responsibilities : Prepare and review financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) Handle budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Analyze production costs and monitor inventory valuation Ensure compliance with tax laws and statutory requirements Coordinate audits and enhance internal control systems Lead, guide, and mentor the accounting team

Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance Prior experience in manufacturing industry accounting Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Excel; ERP knowledge is a must Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
