and a satisfied customer.
Handle a variety of tasks, including answering phones, processing
orders, and resolving customer complaints.
Be adaptable to changing customer needs and preferences.
Build and grow the client base by focusing on strategic selling
techniques and communicating proactively with existing and
potential customers.Develop personalized shopping experience for all customers by
providing individualized attention along with prevailing knowledge of
products and trends.
Develop and maintain professional relations with customers to
ensure repeat business.
Stimulate feedback to improve further customized service.
Fulfil daily targets of attending to customers, ABV and Sales targets,
Gift Card sales targets, etc.
