Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to our senior management. This role is ideal for a fresher who is enthusiastic about learning and building a career in administrative and executive support.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar & Schedule Management – Organize meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring efficient time management.
- Travel Arrangements – Plan and book flights, accommodations, and transportation as required.
- Communication Handling – Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence professionally.
- Task & Project Coordination – Assist with projects, research tasks, and follow-ups.
- Document Preparation – Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Errands & Personal Tasks – Handle shopping, reservations, and other personal errands.
- Confidentiality & Discretion – Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Requirements & Skills :
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent written and verbal communication.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools.Ability to work independently and handle pressure.Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and proactive.Role is ideal for someone at a mid-career stage, with 1+ years of experience.Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
