- Shadowing the leader
- Managing the schedules and calendars
- Planning, organising, and coordination
- Catering to personal and professional needs, ie reservations travel etc
- Supervising the projects on behalf of the leader ie follow ups, deadlines, management
- Administrative duties
- Running errands and performing necessary tasks
- Managing Calls, Emails, and Messages
- Curating Minutes,
- Coordinating with teams for Reports and Other key MIS Documents
- Travelling
- Lifestyle Management
The candidate is required to have a great eye for detail, innovative and beyond all else be able to deliver. Must be highly organised and have high tenacity with a diplomatic skillset preferred.
