Job description

Founders’ Office Associate

We’re looking for someone who wants to operate at the intersection of operations,

marketing, product, and growth working directly with the founders of one of India

well-known D2C fashion startups.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll learn every part of building a D2C brand from scratch.

Core Skills

  • Strong analytical thinking — ability to break down data, identify patterns, measure

performance, and make decisions rooted in numbers.

  • Tech-savvy mindset — not coding, but comfortable learning new tools (Shopify,

    • CRM systems, automation tools, dashboards, inventory apps, analytics platforms).

  • Fast learner — quickly grasps new concepts across operations, marketing,

    • performance ads, supply chain, or customer psychology.

  • Excellent communication skills — crisp verbal & written communication to

    • coordinate across teams, partners, and vendors.

  • High ownership & execution — ability to take vague ideas and convert them into

    • structured plans and outcomes.

    Operational Skills

  • Ability to handle on-ground execution for ad-hoc tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving ability in fast-moving situations (inventory, customer ops,

    • fulfillment issues).

  • Basic understanding of supply chain, manufacturing workflows or willingness to learn

    • fast.

    Marketing & Growth Skills

  • Strong grasp of social media, consumer behavior
  • Ability to coordinate with content creators, agencies, and internal teams.

    • People & Negotiation Skills

  • Confident in negotiating with vendors, creators, suppliers, and agencies.
  • Team player who collaborates well and maintains a positive, energetic culture.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and keep projects moving.

    • Mindset

  • Entrepreneurial spirit someone who wants to build, experiment, take ownership,

    • and eventually start something of their own.

  • Hunger to grow with a startup and directly impact revenue, brand, and product

    • decisions.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity, problem-solving, and wearing multiple hats.

    • Bonus (Not Required, But Great to Have)

  • Awareness of D2C or fashion ecosystem.
  • Experience running small side hustles, projects, or freelance work.
