Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Founder's Office - Management Trainee. The individual in this role will assist the founders in daily operations, coordinate high-priority projects, and support strategic planning initiatives. Responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing presentations and reports, managing communication with internal and external stakeholders, and contributing to special projects. Collaboration and adaptability will be key in this multi-functional role that demands a proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and research skills to gather and synthesize information effectively
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills to articulate findings clearly
• Familiarity with project coordination and strategic execution
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to address challenges innovatively
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, or related field
• Prior experience in management consulting, investment analysis, or similar roles is advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools
