About the Role We run a career-focused Publishing & Editing Certification . We’re hiring a Sales Closer to convert qualified leads into enrollments through consultative calls and structured follow-ups.
Warm leads only : WhatsApp enquiries, webinar attendees, ad leads, inbound forms.
Responsibilities Conduct discovery + counseling calls with prospective learners
Qualify leads based on intent, readiness, budget, and fit
Explain program outcomes, structure, projects, and timelines clearly
Handle objections (time, money, confidence, family pressure) with empathy + logic
Drive closure via payment links and seat reservation workflows
Maintain CRM hygiene : notes, stages, next actions, follow-up dates
Coordinate with the operations team for onboarding after payment
Share daily reporting : calls done, follow-ups, closures, revenue
What We’re Looking For Proven experience closing online courses / coaching / services
Strong communication, listening, and persuasion skills
High ownership of targets + follow-ups
Comfortable with WhatsApp selling + calling + CRM systems
Integrity-first : no false promises, no pressure tactics
KPIs (Typical) Calls per day : 8–15 (depending on lead flow)
Follow-ups per day : 30–60
Weekly closures + revenue targets
Lead-to-enrollment conversion rate
