We are seeking an Onsite Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager who takes pride in building strong, lasting relationships and providing exceptional service to our esteemed National Client. Key Responsibilities :
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Oversee rostering, performance management, and KPI tracking.
- Prioritize and ensure adherence to Work Health and Safety (WHS) standards.
- Conduct daily and weekly toolbox talks with candidates to ensure alignment with safety and performance standards.
- Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address any operational challenges.
- Recruit and target the selection of candidates to meet specific client needs.
- Manage general administrative tasks related to recruitment and client management.
- Flexibility in both start and finish times is essential to succeed in this role.
