About GrowthBuddy

We help match the finest remote talent with businesses based in the UK and Europe. We do this by sourcing, training, and placing full-time remote candidates for Sales & Marketing roles in less than 3 weeks.

The opportunity

We’re looking for a full-time Sales Development Representative to help us find and connect with potential clients worldwide. You’ll run outreach campaigns on LinkedIn, email, and other channels, and turn conversations into real opportunities. You’ll work closely with the founders to experiment, refine strategies, and play a key role in how GrowthBuddy grows its client base.

Role type : Full-time, fully remote (10 am – 7 pm IST)

Salary range : 4 - 4.5 LPA

Who you are

You’re a recent graduate looking to kickstart your career in business development and sales. You don’t need prior experience; what matters is that you’re curious, driven, and eager to learn by doing.

You take ownership of your work and hold yourself accountable for results. You like figuring things out rather than waiting for instructions, and you care about seeing things through from first outreach to final follow-up.

You’re comfortable with the repetitive nature of outbound work and can stay steady and consistent with your outreach every day.

You’re hands-on, organised, and motivated, able to manage multiple moving parts while keeping an eye on the details. When something doesn’t go as planned, you can think creatively and adapt quickly.

You communicate with confidence, enjoy connecting with people, and can craft thoughtful messages, whether it’s on LinkedIn, over email, or during a call.

You value feedback, see it as part of learning, and consistently look for ways to improve and grow in a fast-paced, remote environment.

What the job involves

You’ll take ownership of lead generation and outreach activities across LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and other channels, to set up qualified conversations that open real opportunities.

You’ll manage structured outreach campaigns, consistently hitting daily and weekly activity targets to keep our pipeline strong and moving forward.

You’ll dive into market research to identify the right decision-makers and tailor outreach to connect with prospects who matter most.

You’ll keep our CRM sharp and organised, maintaining up-to-date prospect information so nothing slips through the cracks.

You’ll get hands-on experience with modern sales prospecting tools like Attio and LinkedIn Sales Navigator and learn how to use them effectively to scale outreach.

You’ll collaborate closely with the co-founder and team to refine targeting, messaging, and outreach strategies, including but not limited to the areas mentioned above.
