Hiring for Sr. Sales Development Representative - International (US)

We’re looking for a high energy and highly motivated  Sales Development Representative (SDR)  to build and grow our sales pipeline in the  United States market . You’ll be responsible for identifying prospects, initiating conversations, qualifying leads and setting up high-quality meetings for the Sales Team.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys conversation, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to represent a global B2B SaaS product.

What you will do :

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through  cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels .
  • Qualify inbound leads and understand their pain points, needs, and business goals.
  • Schedule  high-quality discovery calls  and demos for the Account Executives.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects while achieving weekly / monthly outreach goals.
  • Research target accounts and create personalized outreach strategies.
  • Use CRM (HubSpot / Salesforce) to track all interactions, progress, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to improve lead quality and outreach messaging.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor landscape, and the US SaaS ecosystem.

What would you bring to the table :

  • 1–3 years of experience as SDR / BDR, preferably in  B2B SaaS or IT .
  • Prior experience working with  US clients  or in the US time zone is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong research skills to understand markets and identify ideal customer profiles.
  • Ability to handle objections, build rapport, and nurture relationships.
  • Comfortable working with CRMs, outreach tools (Apollo, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator).
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
