Role Overview :

As a Motion Graphics Video Editor at YAAS, you'll be responsible for creating visually compelling content for both short-form and long-form platforms. Your work will directly contribute to our reputation for producing some of the best motion graphic editing in the industry, particularly on acclaimed YouTube channels like (Full Disclosure)( Breakdown, and NRI Shala.

This role demands technical expertise, creative vision, and an understanding of audience retention strategies and is one of the key roles within the YAAS!

Key Responsibilities :

• Create and deliver high-quality motion graphics for either short-form videos OR 4 long-form videos.
• Transform scripts and concepts into visually engaging content that maintains viewer retention
• Apply advanced editing techniques, visual effects, and motion graphics to enhance storytelling
• Collaborate with scriptwriters and content strategists to ensure visual elements align with narrative goals
• Optimise content for platform-specific requirements (Instagram, YouTube) with attention to algorithmic performance
• Maintain consistent brand identity and visual standards across all content
• Meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced production environment without compromising quality
