Roles and Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
• Ensure candidate profiles / skills match the job description and organizational needs.
• Source talent through job portals, references / referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate salary discussions.
• Maintain a candidate pipeline for future requirements.
• Assist with bulk / mass hiring through advertisements, networking, and database building.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with offered candidates to ensure timely joining.
• Coordinate with department heads / managers to understand staffing needs.
• Conduct preliminary phone screenings and assist in assessments.
• Perform basic reference checks when required.
• Maintain recruitment activity reports and records.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders to achieve staffing goals.
