We are seeking a Senior Product Analyst who can transform complex datasets into strategic insights that directly shape our product roadmap. In this role, you will lead analytical deep dives, validate product changes through rigorous experimentation, and partner closely with Product Managers to influence decision-making. Experience in mentoring or managing junior analysts will be a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities :
- Translate data into insights that drive user growth, retention, engagement, and product innovation.
- Conduct end-to-end user behavior analysis across web, app, and B2B platforms.
- Lead A / B tests and product experiments to validate hypotheses and measure impact.
- Build and maintain dashboards and KPI trackers to monitor business health, product performance, and long-term trends.
- Collaborate with PMs, designers, and engineering teams to guide product strategies and recommend data-backed solutions.
- Synthesize complex data into clear narratives for senior leadership.
- Provide peer leadership / mentorship, helping level up the analytics capability within the team (team management preferred).
- Apply first-principles thinking and structured problem-solving to break down ambiguous problems.
Must-Have Tools :
Strong proficiency in SQLMS Excel (advanced functions, automation preferred)PowerBI or similar BI toolsGoogle Analytics 4, MixpanelAbility to structure and clean data for analysis at scaleExposure to Advance SQL, Hadoop & Redshift is a bonusRequired Skills :
