Head - Data Engineering

Description :

Head - Data Engineering& AI will lead the organizations data strategy, data lake architecture, and data &AI related project execution. This role is responsible for building and managing scalable data platforms, ensuring data quality, availability, and security, and enabling advanced analytics, AI / ML, and business intelligence across the enterprise and will be responsible for compliance and governance for data and AI. Role will partner closely with business leaders, data scientists, product teams, and others to unlock business value from data.

Key Responsibilities :

Leadership & Strategy :

• Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise data lake on Azure and BCP for data lake.
• Lead and mentor high-performing data engineering teams across multiple domains.
• Drive adoption of modern data architectures (data lake, data mesh, data fabric, or warehouse).
