We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our internal operations, maintain records, and ensure smooth coordination across teams. The ideal candidate should be proactive, disciplined, and comfortable handling data, documentation, and administrative communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update internal databases, records, and reports accurately.
- Prepare and manage Excel sheets, invoices, and documentation as per company standards.
- Handle client or vendor communication via email and phone calls as needed.
- Ensure timely submission of reports and adherence to internal processes.
- Support the management in data handling.
- Performing daily outreach as per the training provided by management.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce or Management preferred).Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).Good written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under minimal supervision.Preferred Skills
Familiarity with Google Sheets, Docs, or CRM tools.Basic understanding of accounting or documentation processes.
