Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Conversational AI, with at least 4–5 Dialogflow CX projects delivered end-to-end.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Google Dialogflow CX, Playbooks, Google ADK, and Generators.

Proven ability to lead technical discussions with clients and Google product teams.

Experience in manual testing, intent / entity validation, and flow optimization.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
