Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of solar PV and energy storage design engineers.
• Manage and review U.S. residential permit and construction plan sets.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, IRC, UL, and utility interconnection standards.
• Oversee quality assurance, workflow optimization, and project delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with U.S. operations teams on process and design improvements.
• Utilize AutoCAD, HelioScope, Aurora Solar, and PVsyst for high-quality design work.
