About the Role

Navaan is seeking a proactive and confident Outreach Intern to support our marketing, partnerships, and community-building efforts. In this role, you will help the team expand external relationships, manage communication with collaborators, and actively support outreach-driven initiatives. This role requires strong communication skills, ownership, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders efficiently.

Key Responsibilities-

• Identify and reach out to potential partners, creators, brands, and communities
• Conduct initial outreach calls / messages and maintain follow-ups
• Assist in communication and coordination for collaborations, campaigns, and tie-ups
• Maintain and update outreach trackers, databases, and follow-up sheets
• Draft professional emails, proposals, and communication templates
• Support in planning and executing partnership-based activities and community events
• Research potential outreach opportunities and build lists for targeted communication
• Assist in creating outreach strategies for improving brand visibility and engagement
• Coordinate with internal teams for requirement gathering, information sharing, and timely updates
• Perform additional marketing or communications-related tasks as needed
