Senior Manager – Corporate Sales
Position Overview
Fairdeal invites an accomplished commercial real estate professional to join its leadership-driven sales team. The Senior Sales Manager – Corporate Sales will play a strategic role in expanding Fairdeal’s corporate footprint by engaging senior industry leaders, influencing key workspace decisions, and driving complex, high-value transactions.
This role also carries strong potential to grow into the Head of Corporate Sales , based on performance, leadership capability, and strategic contribution.
Key Responsibilities :
- Champion Fairdeal’s corporate sales mandate by building and nurturing relationships with leading organisations.
- Engage confidently with CXO-level stakeholders to understand business priorities and position relevant commercial property solutions.
- Lead the complete enterprise sales cycle — from opportunity identification and strategic presentations to negotiation and closure.
- Collaborate with internal research, marketing, and leadership teams to craft insight-driven proposals and market intelligence reports.
- Maintain strong visibility across industry networks, business forums, and corporate communities to strengthen Fairdeal’s brand presence.
- Ensure accurate forecasting, disciplined pipeline management, and consistent delivery of revenue targets.
- Build the foundation to scale into a future leadership role heading the Corporate Sales vertical .
Experience Requirements :
Minimum 8 years of proven success in real estate brokerage sales, with deep exposure to commercial transactions.Demonstrated ability to manage and close large corporate deals involving multiple decision makers.Strong history of working with CXO and senior leadership audiences in client organisations.Experience in navigating high-stakes negotiations, multi-party discussions, and long-cycle enterprise engagements.Attributes & Leadership Skills :
