Summary : BD Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of care coordinators to ensure a seamless patient journey from inquiry to consultation and treatment. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality patient communication, achieving conversion targets, and maintaining excellent service Manage and guide a team of care coordinators to achieve performance targets.
- Monitor daily calls, patient interactions, and conversion metrics.
- Ensure smooth coordination between patients, doctors, and clinical teams.
- Drive patient engagement, satisfaction, and retention through proactive follow-ups.
- Train new team members and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Resolve escalations and provide effective solutions to patient queries.
- Track team performance and report key metrics to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) for process improvement.
- Maintain accurate data records and ensure compliance with company Skills & Bachelors degree or (MBA or Healthcare Management preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in patient coordination, sales, or operations management (preferably
healthcare or wellness industry).
