Creativity Dialogues, a podcast by Chandana Dixit, is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual with an academic background in Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Philosophy, or related fields. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, creative thinking, communication, and contributing to meaningful conversations around creativity, culture, and human behaviour.

Key Responsibilities

• Research Support :
• Conduct literature scans, gather insights, and develop briefs for upcoming podcast episodes, publications, and course content.
• Communication & Presentation :
• Draft episode scripts, summaries, and presentation notes; assist in shaping narratives and storytelling structures.
• Social Media & Marketing :
• Support content creation for platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.); brainstorm engagement strategies; assist in community building.
• Course Development :
• Help conceptualize, organize, and structure educational courses or modules in collaboration with Chandana.
• General Coordination :
• Assist in episode planning, scheduling, and backend organization for podcast production.
