Job Description :

1. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Golang, MongoDB, and Agile methodologies, along with excellent leadership abilities to manage and mentor a team of developers.

2. This role is essential for driving our API initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with various services, and delivering high-performance, scalable APIs that align with our business objectives.

3. Lead and mentor a team of API developers and engineers.

4. Utilize MongoDB for data storage, ensuring efficient data management and retrieval.

5. Implement and manage Agile processes within the team to ensure efficient and timely delivery of projects.

6. Collaborate with product managers, front-end developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the API strategy aligns with business goals.

7. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to keep the API ecosystem modern and efficient.

8. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources efficiently.

9. Having ability to understand and analyze business requirements by interacting with relevant stake holders.

10. Having experience in developing efficient software design by applying design principles.

11. Ability to Write automated unit tests and integration tests for the implemented features.

12. Ensuring conformance to quality processes to help project in meeting quality goals.

13. Ability to effectively investigate reported software defects, debugging skills.

14. Proactive interaction with product owner and architects for technical clarifications and presentations.

15. Having experience with AWS is must to have.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

2. Minimum 3+years of experience in API development with expertise in Golang and MongoDB.

3. Strong understanding of RESTful and GraphQL API design principles.

4. Proven experience in implementing and managing Agile methodologies.

5. Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI / CD pipelines.

6. Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

7. Knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and their integration with APIs.
