Import Coordinator

Job Description :

Providing support to Import Assistance, coordination with suppliers & prepare the documents as per requirement for proper custom clearance.

Follow up with forwarders & custom agent for track the shipments.

Share the documents as per shipment required to CHA for the custom clearance & check the IGCR benefit / Duty structure as required on our products.

Follow up for Duty payments / E-way bill & arrange the goods to our factory.

Prepare the upcoming expected duties for finance management.

Manage Dashboard entries.

Forward the information in factory & sales team for arrival of shipment.

Maintain the Tracking sheet for track the record of all shipments.

Follow up of all other work in absence of Import head.

Salary upto : 3.5 LPA
