Roles and Responsibilites :

1. Preparation of RFQ / Investment estimation for Industrialisation

2. NPD Project handling and Timeline tracking

3. Knowledge on Industrial Engineering, Safety standards, APQP and PPAP

4. Overall Assembly Line Equipment, Jigs & Fixtures - Design and Development

5. Knowledge on CATIA, Solid works or 3D equivalent, AutoCAD, Plant Layout

6. Execute on DFM & FMEA

7. Standardization of Equipment’s

8. Perform on Design review and release of Equipment’s

9. Establish of Assembly fixtures , End of line tester equipment , IC and FCT Fixtures

10. Knowledge on PLC, control Panel and third-party Electronic hardware.

11. Lead and execute Projects Budget Estimation / CAPEX Planning

12. Perform on MSA, GAUGE R&R, SEMI AUTOMATION

13. Project Risk Assessment and Mitigation

14. Lean Manufacturing

15. Perform on AIAG, VDA, IATF 16494 audits

16. Lead LVPT / HVPT / PSW
